🎬 The Role

We're looking for a part-time creative producer to help bring the Listening Room to life — a visual performance series that blends music, design, and storytelling. You’ll own the production pipeline from shoot planning to final delivery, with a focus on creative direction, scheduling, and execution.

This is a hybrid creative/technical role — ideal for someone who has great taste, strong creative instincts, and the ability to manage details and move things forward. You'll collaborate closely with our internal team to ensure each episode lands with clarity, style, and intention.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading the production of Listening Room episodes — from pre-production through post
• Scheduling and coordinating shoots with artists and crew
• Managing creative assets and keeping projects on track
• Overseeing edits and delivering final episodes
• Contributing to the visual and conceptual direction of the series
• Supporting long-term planning and execution of the Listening Room project as a whole

🧭 Ideal Candidate

• Strong creative instincts with the ability to execute and deliver
• Comfortable managing shoots, assets, and timelines
• Familiar with editing workflows, formats, and production pipelines
• Deep awareness of contemporary music and culture
• Bonus: familiarity with audio gear, video tools, or performance capture
